WELCOME!
I appreciate your wanting to learn more about me and my purpose of this blog!
This blog aims to share my experiences and knowledge to offer insight and encouragement through hardships. I hope to share coping mechanisms and strategies on how to build mental resilience through complex events. The beauty in hardships is, we learn, grow, and continue life by overcoming severe challenges. In my opinion, the brain is the most resilient part of the body. As I embark on new academic and personal journeys, I would like to share my coping skills with you.
Jasmine Espinoza
Clinical Psychology, Psy.D Student
Hello, and thank you for visiting my page! I’m Jasmine, a 22-yr-old graduate student in the Psy.D program for Clinical Psychology. I decided to create a blog to promote resilient minds in individuals of all races, gender, religion, and sexual orientation. I encourage those to find healthy coping mechanisms and strategies to strengthen their mindset through life challenges.
During my years as an undergrad, I’d encountered many hardships. I wish I knew various techniques and skills to help overcome those challenges. I will be providing resources, suggestions, and advice on how to build mental resilience.
